Ø Do you have news that you would like to share with fellow Chamber members? Let us know so that we can get the word out via email and our Chamber monthly newsletter.
Ø Would you and your business like to sponsor and or host a Williams Chamber Ambassador monthly mixer or Red Ribbon Cutting? We’ll put you on our list! Mixer and Cuttings are scheduled well in advance, so schedule your mixer early.
Ø Looking for economical ways to advertise? Check out the NEW Williams-Grand Canyon Chamber of Commerce website at www.williamschamber.com and picture your banner ad there with a link to your site for only $100.00 a month. You can choose to be on the Home page, Calendar of Events or Business Directory! With over 6,000 hits per month - that’s advertising dollars at its best!
Ø Also consider advertising on the Phone Board located outside the Williams and Forest Service Visitor Center. Picture your business receiving exposure 7 days a week, 365 days a year, 24/7….. for as little as $175 a year!! With over 105,000 visitors coming to the Visitor Center, your business will surely be seen!
Ø Williams Clean and Beautiful sign program offers advertising with various signboards located throughout the Williams area. Starting at $125 per year for sign space rental you will find one to fit your business needs. Monies collected through this project enable Clean & Beautiful to help with projects such as Glassburn Park, Clean–Up Days, and Recycle in Williams just to name a few.
Ø As a valued Chamber member that we want your business flyers and business cards to have them displayed at the Chamber office Enhancement center in our lobby and can also have them at the Williams and Forest Service Visitor Center.
Ø We are currently updating the Williams-Grand Canyon Visitor’s Guide and Travel Planner that will be used for distribution at events, travel shows, and mailed with visitor’s information request. We will print 15,000 copies this year alone!
Ø The Williams Business Directory and Economic Development Guide 2009/2010 edition will be coming out in the future and will grab the attention of all those Chamber members who are listed in this very important promotional piece.
